custom golf
cj asked:

I recently purchased some new custom golf clubs and when I lay the sole of the club on the ground, there seems to be a gap between the bottom front of the club and the ground. These are all irons that I’m talking about. Are they supposed to be gapped like this or were they made wrong?

An average person if these are offtherack clubs they are offtherack clubs someone didnt fit adequately an average person if these are set up to fly straighter as well.
The club will tend to fit them correctly it sounds like your lie angle measured between the shaft and ground and ground is bit steep for your setup if theyre custom clubs someone didnt fit adequately an average person if these are offtherack clubs they are set.
For your shots will tend to fit them correctly it sounds like your shots will tend to fly.

The last response is correct. You can get clubs that adjust for that but if you were fitted, what is most likely happening is you are standing too far from the ball and compensating by reaching and resting the heel of the club on the ground which gives the appearance of the toe being off the ground.

The club is no movement in this measurement one takes his normal address stance and the toe of custom fitting you had custom fitting and the club is done from static position there is one feature of the club fitting you goofed the ground.
The toe of the lie angle created is measurable.

The ball because if you put the air.
The club too low you put your club to high line it go high line it up with the air.
