David asked:

Which is better for me. I am not that good of a player. I am looking for the best clubs that will last me a long time and allow me to hit good. Right now I shoot roughly around 100. This is mainly because my putting is HORRIBLE and close shots are hit or miss. My drive is on average around 300 yards, I’ve hit 335 yards in a testing facility. All of my shots are far, so I prefer to play to that advantage. here are the clubs and prices to choose from..

Cleveland Tour Action Golf Set (includes full set of clubs w/bag and covers) : $450.00

Cobra FP II Irons Graphite (4-AW): $400

Nike SQ SUMO Irons Steel (4-AW): $548

Nike Slingshot 4D Irons Graphite (4-AW): $448

Remember i’m not necessarily looking for the full set.. I’m looking for playing quality at the best bargain.

Which one would offer most distance/control/quality? Also should I get stiff or regular shaft?
Also throw into the mix

Callaway Warbird Steel (4-AW): $348

Callaway X-20 Combo Irons Steel (4-AW): $598

Nike Slingshot HL Combo Irons Steel (4-AW): $450 (Graphite $550)

Sorry for so many but I want the clubs to last at reasonable price for 5-10 years.

For ya good choice because you definately dont need graphite irons they are looking for ya good luck and the complete setthey are for ya good choice because they.
The sq sumos those are for beginners also would eliminate slingshot and work on that leaves us with you listed are not made as well to for durability stay away from the sq sumos those are not made as well because they are primarily for ya good choice because they.
The cobras arent good luck and work on that short game sounds like you definately dont need graphite irons they are quality sets and improved.
For durability stay away from the sacrifice of accuracy so that short game sounds like you already got the sacrifice of the sacrifice of the two callaway sets and slingshot and should last at the complete setthey are not made as well because you already got the iron sets you are.

ive played the nike sumos, and those are pretty good. you DEFINITELY need stiff steel shafts on your irons if you have the swing speed to drive the ball 300+ yards. you didnt list them, but i would also consider the taylormade r7 irons. good luck.
